How do I stop fraud without blocking good customers?+
Every order gets a keep / review / stop call before you fulfill, with a reason. Genuine buyers get Keep. When we are not sure, the call is Review and you decide whether to ship.
Why does this get more expensive as I grow?+
Because most providers charge a percentage of your sales or a fee per order, so the bill rises every time you have a good month. VerifyLive is flat within your plan: Shield Lite is $99/mo up to 500 orders, Growth+ is $499/mo up to 1,000 orders and $1M GMV. Inside those limits a busier month costs the same.
Can I start without a long enterprise contract?+
