Why is Growth+ a flat $499 instead of a percentage?+
Because rate-based pricing punishes you for growing. We pick up the variability. If you do $200K GMV next month or $1M, you pay the same.
For volume-based tiers, how does VerifyLive count GMV? Do refunds reduce it?+
Shield Lite and Growth+ are a flat monthly price, so a refund does not change that bill. On a quoted higher plan, the quote says what the bill is based on. We walk you through those terms before you agree. Refunds you issue afterward do not shrink a bill that was already set by the quote.
Why is Shield Lite cheaper than Growth+?+
Both give you the same keep / review / stop call on every order. Shield Lite is detection only. Growth+ adds chargeback evidence assist — we compile the package, you review and submit. There is no recovery fee. Growth+ also adds higher volume (up to $1M GMV / 1,000 orders a month), priority support, and stolen-goods recovery when that beta surface is on for your store. Shield Lite ($99) fits established stores (120+ days) or lower volume; Growth+ ($499 flat) is the plan most growing stores pick.
What happens if I switch processors or platforms?+
Your VerifyLive account stays. Same product whether you sell on Shopify, Stripe, Square, or a mix — you do not start over with a new vendor for each channel.

No setup fees. Standard tiers are month-to-month. An annual prepay option is available on request with auto-renewal — a 60-day pre-renewal notice email + one-click cancel via the Billing Portal. 30-day full refund window on the first term; after that, the current annual period is non-refundable but future renewals can be cancelled anytime.
