In-store payments
In-store payments get the same keep / review / stop call as your online orders. You make the call. Live.
In-store payments get the same keep / review / stop call as your online orders. You make the call. A register payment is not tied to an online payment as one person.
What feeds the call.
Each POS terminal's pace is tracked on its own, so unusual activity stands out against that terminal's normal.
Chip, tap, swipe, and keyed-in payments each carry different risk — the call weighs them accordingly.
An online payment and a register payment each get a keep / review / stop call. We do not tie them together as one person.
Who gets the most out of this.
- Merchants selling both POS and eCommerce on Shopify or Square
- Multi-location retailers where chain-wide patterns are hard to spot
- Merchants whose refund-abuse rate is quietly climbing
What merchants ask.
Does this slow down the register?+
No. The call runs when the payment reaches VerifyLive, after the terminal has taken the card. It does not run before the payment is approved. Cashiers see no added friction on a genuine sale.
In-store payments is one signal. The call is keep, review, or stop.
