VerifyLive is a live Shopify App Store product. Before you ship, every order gets a Keep / Review / Stop call. When a cardholder disputes the charge, we compile the evidence package and you submit it to your processor. That dispute is not a crime report.
It is also a multi-filing, patent-pending portfolio before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. Pending work is broader than what is on every merchant screen today.
Coverage named at the outcome, not the mechanism.
Pending filings name outcomes, not mechanisms: screening an order before you fulfill it; dispute evidence the merchant reviews and submits; showing a review came from a real buyer. Other pending coverage — confirming a real person is present, and trust when an agent acts for a person — is not on every merchant screen today. Application numbers, claims, and how it works stay confidential during prosecution.
That split is by design, not a claim that every filing is already shipped.

This is the card dispute. We compile the evidence package from the order. You review it and submit it to your processor. There is no recovery fee. We do not file it for you. This is not a chargeback guarantee, and it is not a report to the FBI.

Crime report, you file
IC3 is a report of possible internet crime. It is not the chargeback, and it does not get the money back. If you want that complaint on record, you can file at IC3. Filing is optional. VerifyLive does not file it.
