Subscription Tier Limits
This schedule is referenced by Sections 4.5 and 7.4.4 of the Merchant Services Agreement. It sets out the transaction velocity caps applicable to each Subscription Tier and how per-transaction coverage limits are determined. VerifyLive will provide at least thirty (30) days' written notice of any material change.
1. Transaction velocity caps
Combined monthly transaction ceilings across integrated Commerce Platforms, inclusive of approved, reviewed, and declined transactions.
| Tier | E-commerce | Point-of-Sale | Combined |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shield Lite | 500 / mo | 2,000 / mo | 2,500 / mo |
| Growth / Founders Growth | 1,000 / mo | 4,000 / mo | 5,000 / mo |
| Professional / Founders Pro Scale | Uncapped | Uncapped | Uncapped |
| Business / Founders Pro Elite | Uncapped | Uncapped | Uncapped |
Transactions exceeding the applicable cap may be rejected by the Service or invoiced at the then-current overage rate set forth on the Order Form, at VerifyLive's option (MSA §4.5).
2. Per-transaction coverage limits
Per-transaction coverage limits for the Chargeback Guarantee are set on each Merchant's Order Form and reflect the Merchant's average order value, historical volume, and Risk Classification (MSA §6). Orders whose total exceeds the applicable per-transaction coverage limit are ineligible for reimbursement under the Chargeback Guarantee per MSA §7.4.4.
A Merchant's current per-transaction coverage limit is displayed on the Merchant dashboard. VerifyLive will provide at least thirty (30) days' written notice before any downward adjustment; upward adjustments take effect on notice.
3. Annual Chargeback Guarantee caps
Cumulative reimbursement under the Chargeback Guarantee in any Coverage Period is subject to the caps set forth in Section 7.2 of the Merchant Services Agreement. These caps vary by Subscription Tier and Risk Classification and are documented in full within the MSA. A copy of the MSA is available on request at verifylive.net/legal.
4. Circuit Breaker
The Universal Circuit Breaker set forth in MSA §7.3 applies to every Merchant regardless of Subscription Tier, Risk Classification, or Founders status. The threshold, as defined in the MSA, is not waivable.
