What feeds the call.
Residential proxy networks, datacenter IPs, and known-bad networks can push an order toward Review or Stop in real time when IP traits are in enforce mode.
When geo decision is on, live location facts inform the call (fail-soft if a lookup times out — absence never invents risk).
Suspicious location patterns can flag an order for review. Advanced impossible-travel modes that reuse login history for a new purpose stay purpose-gated until enabled.
